SPECIAL HOSPITALITY SUITE INCENTIVES!
We want to max out our party capacity with our return to our favorite place: the Doublewood Inn! To do that, we’re sponsoring a special incentive for parties in our poolside designated area:We realize some will want to arrive on Saturday due to Halloween but we will have a Halloween Monster Bash (sponsored by and supporting a regional charity)as well as other fun Friday night activities BUT the main ValleyCon events will wait until SATURDAY and SUNDAY to occur!
Priority will be given to two-night parties (Fri. & Sat.) but we will have one-night parties available so sign up! If you run a party both nights, one night is FREE! If you run on Sat. only then the room will be HALF PRICE!
We have a simple process, just read and submit our guidelines and provide the info we need and we’ll let you know within 4 weeks! VALLEYCON is known for fun parties so come and join in!
